Husband stopped paying due to current wife issues. he has never paid what court said he should. i only have social security retirement as my income. we were married for 29 years.

My ex husband is ordered to pay me $650 the first of every month but most months it is always late by a week or two he knows i need that money to help pay my bills and when he does not pay my bills are late i  need to know what i can do to to get him to pay me on time

I am disabled and do not have access to any of my spouses accounts. we have been married for 30 years ans i have been drawing disability about t10 years. he wants to leave me with nothing and i cant live on 885.00 a month. he is worth over a million

Husband and i have been married since august 2011. husband deserted me in june 2015. he continued to pay the mortgage and utilities.  i did not have a job at the time he left.  husband makes 115,000 a year.  i make 20,000.  husband wants to have a separation agreement drawn up  so we can get a divorce. he says he will pay me alimony for 2 years in the amount of 1,300 a month provided that i count the past 9 months as support already paid. i did not agree.  so now he is retaining his attorney for a “negotiated” divorce settlement. i need an attorney who can help me get through this and understand that i do not have a lot of money to give.

My husband and i got divorced. the paperwork stipulates that i should get 50% of his retirement based on an equation.  my husband is a retired naval seaman and according to dfas they cannot send me any money unless the document gives a specific amount.  how do i get this amended to state the actual amount.
